Falk PLI provided the surveying for the Four Seasons on the Lake subdivision in northwest Indiana with 90 lots. Client was so satisfied with our work on the Phase One that they brought us in to the do Phase Two.
Falk PLI worked with an international coke manufacturing company to perform the ALTA surveys used for design and financing of a coke battery and co-generation operation. This was a $450 million project on a 100+ acre Brownfield site.
Falk PLI did the facility surveying and modeling for a 40-year old wooden truss dome high school gymnasium. The facility was leaking badly and there were numerous roof layers and HVAC improvements over the years which added significant weight to the roof. With an interior survey of the structure, Falk PLI identified critical areas for repair.
