Falk-PLI worked on Chicago’s "Revive Wacker Drive" project, providing construction engineering and survey control. We met the client's needs with 60% fewer manpower than was budgeted.
Falk PLI performed construction survey control at the 50-story Hyatt Hotel project at 71 South Wacker in downtown Chicago. We provided critical measurements for raising the core elevator shaft and completing work each floor.
After Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, Falk PLI provided modeling and measuring services on a number of oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico to facilitate the design and fabrication for needed repair and upgrade work. This ensured first-time fit of fabricated assemblies, avoiding costly rework. We also work on derrick alignment to assure that drilling equipment is properly aligned to increase equipment uptime.
